Where the Red Fern Grows - Book Review

Where the Red Fern Grows
By: Wilson Rawls

Summary: A loving threesome, they ranged the dark hills and river bottoms of Cherokee country. Old Dan had the brawn. Little Ann had the brains, and Billy had the will to make them into the finest hunting team in the valley. Glory and victory were coming to them, but sadness waited too. Where the Red Fern Grows is an exciting tale of love and adventure you'll never forget. (Summary provided by Bookshare.org)

Favorite Character: My favorite character would have to be Little Ann, even if she wasn't a human character, because she was a dog, and I LOVE Dogs!

Favorite Scene: My favorite scene would have to be in the middle of the story when they are all in the forest and the mountain lion was going to attack them.

I give this book SO MUCH A BIG THUMBS UP, because it had dogs in it and it was written by Wilson Rawls. It's one of my favorite books I've read so far!
